Job Description

Steelyard is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant with previous luxury market and Lease-Up experience.

– Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, professionally presents community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits.

-Participate in outreach marketing activities regularly to obtain prospective residents

– Completes all lease paperwork and maintains resident files

– Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices

-Knowledge of Real Page, One Site, and Velocity rental systems required
