Job Description

Discovery Park seeks a skilled Make Ready Technician with previous make ready and painting experience.

-Performs duties to restore apartment unit to “make ready” status

-Replace light bulbs

-Replace or repair windows

-Help maintain storage areas

-Performs interior and exterior painting duties

-Change locks and makes keys

-Checks appliances to ensure good working condition

-Repairs or replaces curtains
